Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • describe the current status of telemedicine regulations in Texas;
  • summarize the legal parameters of telemedicine during the COVID crisis;
  • identify federal laws and regulations that apply to using and billing for telemedicine visits; and
  • improve virtual visits with the use of good telemedicine strategies and etiquette.
